Design Concept

Integrating the local natural environment and cultural landscape of Kaohsiung, this artwork is designed to capture the security image of the Kaohsiung City Investigation Office, reflecting their mission of crime prevention and judicial surveillance characterized by a "compassionate heart and resolute execution." The piece features metal tubes with a thread-like texture, meticulously woven by hand to create a dramatic tension of unraveling and revealing on the landscape. It symbolizes the Bureau of Investigation's approach to uncovering truth—delving beneath superficial appearances to reach profound insights. The emerging eye, breaking through the cocoon like a sudden ray of dawn, echoes the investigative spirit of uncovering the finest details and piercing through obscurity to bring forth absolute clarity.
