NCKU has spared no effort in promoting humanistic art on campus and educating our students about aesthetic quality. Through "At the Dawn of the Century-Campus Sculptural Exhibition" in 1998 and "Dialogues between Generations: NCKU Environment and Art Festival" in 2009, many public artworks have been installed on campus over the years.

To depict the common imagination of our artistic campus together and ensure the value of public art - "creating communication" – is truly realized in all parts of the campus, we are organizing a series of campus public art activities to present the perspectives of faculty, staff, students, and experts in various fields in jointly exploring the nature of public art on campus, its educational aspects, and community interaction, displaying and exploring the many new possibilities of our artistic campus.
